I received a huge box. A lot of money expended on packaging and stationery, that should be expended on the quality of the product that they offer. Inside this huge box I found this tiny cutter with an irregular shape. I'm a single mom, working two jobs, trying to generate some extra money with my new business, so I have no time to reorder. I had to use it, and adjust the shape of the cookie as good as I could. Disappointed
