I love your product but customer service is very slow. I orders 3 sets and for whatever reason one set just included one cutter. It took over a week to get the issue resolved. I'm not sure how or what button I pushed to order just one cutter. My order history should show I always order sets. I was disappointed in how this situation was handled. I had to pay shipping again on the remaining 3 cutters. There was no "apology" or "let me look into your order and see what we can do to rectify the situation". .I'm a bit soured about it all. I am all about supporting small businesses but small businesses need to value their customers and retain good clients there's a lot of competition out there.
I will be thinking twice before I place another order with you-sadly.
