Yay for you! Just add the designs you want to your cart and the digital products that are part of the subscription catalog will be free at checkout. Then the files get sent to your inbox, hot off the digital press!

First, make sure you picked “Digital Product” for the designs you want.  If you picked “Physical Product”, reach out here and we can help get it ironed out. 

Second, check your spam or junk folder to make sure it didn’t get held up that way.  If that didn’t work, reach out and we’ll look into it.

You will be billed monthly using the provided payment method.

You can cancel your subscription at any time after the first three months. Just go into your account page and cancel there.

You are correct, as long as you are signed in with your account, your digital files should be free at checkout. A couple things to keep in mind:

- Your cart won’t show any discounts until you have started the checkout process.

- Make sure you're logged into your account during checkout. Otherwise, we won't know you're a member.
