Love the cutters
Although the cutters seem of good quality with the added bonus of imprinted names of the side of the cutters the customer service is not good.
I wrote to Sweetleigh on three occasions about these cutters to explain that I received the wrong donut cutter and was given a different excuse each time about the cutters I received, but still insists the one I received it was the right cutter. Even went as far as to say Lolly got the wrong cutter and what I got was the right cutter. The cutter I received was nothing more than a round circle with a heart hole in the middle. The one advertised on both Sweetleigh and Lolly's web pages show a much different cutter with the eye glasses as part of the cutters. If I had known that I would not get as advertised and what I paid for, I would not have ordered. I have own two businesses so I understand it may be a hardship, however, it made it difficult to follow Lolly on the live since I did not have the same cutter. I did not make this mistake and Sweetleigh should have made it right and not argue with a customer and make the customer feel less than. I will not be ordering from this company any longer.
I absolutely love my cookie cutters from Sweetleigh for Cookie Camp Live 2025. I got them just in time.
