Cookie cutters

I ordered the digital cutters first (Oct 1) and didn’t realize they were digital or even what that meant. I do not know of a place with a 3d printer or I also didn’t know you could buy them that way. I sent an email on Oct 7 for a refund but never received an answer. When I realized they were digital and had no use for them, I then bought the actual cutters on Oct 7, right away bc I needed to make the cookies for Oct 12th. I haven’t received them yet and today is Oct 15th! Needless to say I couldn’t make the cookies for my baby shower on Oct 12!! I’m very disappointed and still do not have the actual cutters!

Great quality

The cutters showed shipped quickly they were packaged well and the quality of the cutters are great. The cutters are sturdy with edges that will cut through the dough to create clean lines for my cookies
