Our cutters are made with polylactic acid (PLA), a biodegradable material commonly used in a variety of household goods and food packaging products.
Unless otherwise specified, all of our designs are printed to order and our processing time (the time it takes to 3D print, pack, and label the order) varies by season. You can always check your order receipt for your scheduled ship by date, which is the latest date the mail carrier will receive your order.
Yes! For those who need something very specific that isn’t in our shop, we offer a Custom Design service. This service will bring your vision to life and get you a cutter of your very own design. Use the build in chat feature at the bottom right-hand corner of your page with any specific questions.
Sure! Just purchase our resize listing, name which design you want, and we’ll get that included in your order.
We do not currently offer templates.
We do not currently offer stencils.
First, you’ll need access to a 3D printer. No printer? Take a look at these blog posts (Part 1 and Part 2) and maybe you can join us in the future! Once you have one, just choose digital product on any of our listings and you’ll get the file sent to your inbox. But be careful… it’s addicting. :)
Yes! Nearly all of our designs can be purchased as digital files by selecting Digital Product in the drop down on the product page. If you plan to order more than a few files, we also offer a Sweetleigh Digital Subscription which will make things much easier (and cheaper!).
You are correct that with a Sweetleigh Digital Subscription, you don’t need to purchase individual digital designs. A couple things to keep in mind:
- Your cart won’t show any discounts until you have started the checkout process.
- To have your digital downloads show as free, there can’t be any physical cutters in your cart. Try removing any physical cutters to see if that resolves things.
